Ignite Recovery LLC in Massachusetts seeks a Per Diem Recovery Coach to work with members on a flexible schedule, building recovery plans and supporting wellness goals. This role values lived experience and independence, with autonomy to manage caseloads and documentation in a recovery-focused setting.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in sustained recovery and able to demonstrate personal recovery.
• Certified Addiction Recovery Coach certification required to apply.
• Experience as a Recovery Coach is preferred.
• Proven ability to organize caseload and manage documentation.

Responsibilities

• Build real relationships with assigned members and assess recovery capital.
• Co-develop a Recovery Wellness Plan based on goals and pathways.
• Provide peer recovery coaching consistent with state standards and Ignite’s mission.
• Address barriers to recovery and act as an advocate.
• Maintain consistent outreach to sustain engagement.
• Document accurately per requirements and timelines.
• Communicate regularly with supervisor and team.
