Job summary

Community Solutions Inc. seeks a Per Diem Residential Re-Entry Specialist for Silliman House in Hartford, CT. You will supervise clients, support treatment goals, conduct security checks, and document all activities to maintain a safe environment.

The role involves case management, facilitating counseling groups, and coordinating client movement and intake. Shifts are AS NEEDED with a $19.75 per hour rate plus applicable shift differentials.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus 4 years of experience in the social service or criminal justice field.
• Education may be substituted with relevant experience on a one year for one year basis.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Report for shifts 15 minutes before start time and document issues.
• Supervise clients and ensure safety and security of the facility and property.
• Facilitate counseling, advocacy and support as part of case management.
• Conduct searches (area, room, cap/pocket) and document results.
• Transport clients in company vehicles when needed and supervise visits.
• Complete intake, orientation and movement of clients within the facility.
• Monitor self-administration of medications and maintain documentation.
• Assist with monthly drills and ensure proper incident reporting.
