Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of a 24 month School of Radiologic Technology that is ARRT Recognized.
• CRT in Radiologic Technology and Flouroscopy required.
• Hospital Mandatory Education Requirements: Orientation, Environment of Care, OSHA, Infection Control, Abuse/Neglect, and Ethics. TB Screening, Licensure renewal, BLS.
• Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties.
• Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic x-ray medical procedures and C-Arm procedures for neonatal to geriatric patients.
• Prepares rooms and patients and assists radiologists in fluoroscopic procedures; ensures proper charges are captured daily.
• Directs and supervises quality control in the department and reports to the Director of Imaging Services or designee.
