Job summary

UCI Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic x-ray and C-Arm procedures across age groups. You will prepare and position patients, assist radiologists, and ensure accurate charging and quality control within the Imaging Services department.

The role requires ARRT-recognized education, CRT in Radiologic Technology and Fluoroscopy experience, and strong English communication skills. A collaborative team environment and patient-centered care are emphasized.

Qualifications

• : Completion of a 24 month School of Radiologic Technology that is ARRT Recognized.

• - Experience - CRT in Radiologic Technology and Fluoroscopy required.
• - Hospital Mandatory Education Requirements: Orientation, Environment of Care, OSHA, Infection Control, Abuse/Neglect, and Ethics. Tuberculosis Screening, Licensure renewal, BLS
• - Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties
• - Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job
• - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• - Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload
• - Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic x-ray and C-Arm procedures for neonatal to geriatric patients.
• Prepares room and patient and assists radiologists in fluoroscopic procedures.
• Ensures proper charges are captured on a daily basis.
• Direct and supervises quality control in the department.
