Atlantic Medical Imaging is seeking a Per Diem Receptionist for the Vineland, NJ office location on Chestnut Avenue. This entry-level role supports patient intake, scheduling, and front-desk operations in a growing outpatient radiology practice.

The position offers a 401K retirement benefit and pay scales based on years of experience. Work hours include daytime shifts with coverage as needed in Bridgeton, with a per diem schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Clerical experience and intermediate computer skills required.
• Excellent customer service, able to work in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Experience in a medical office or hospital strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in-person and on the phone required.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients, signs them in, and collects demographic information.
• Verifies demographics and insurance documents for completeness.
• Answers calls and routes to appropriate staff.
• Distributes forms and guides patients through required signatures.
• Prepares charts and records for registration and release.
• Processes payments and copays from patients.
• Schedules appointments according to guidelines.
• Maintains confidentiality and liaises between patients and clinical team.
