Minimum requirements include graduation from an ARRT-recognized Radiologic Technology program, registry eligibility within 1 year of hire date, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ARRT-recognized Radiologic Technology program.
• Registry eligible within 1 year of hire date; BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Performs radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures.
• Documents patient history pertinent to the procedure.
• Confirms patient identification before procedures.
• Prepares and administers contrast media as required.
• Consults with radiologist and physicians.
