First Choice Nurses is seeking experienced Radiologic Technologists for per diem hospital opportunities in Arlington, Virginia. The role offers flexible scheduling, daily and weekly pay, and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

One year of recent acute-care radiologic experience must be demonstrated.
Active Virginia Radiologic Technologist license required.
ARRT certification required; BLS certification preferred.
QuantiFERON-TB Gold or T-SPOT test completed within past year.
Documentation of MMR and Varicella immunity required.
Physical examination completed within past year.

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures according to physician orders and facility protocols.
Produce accurate, high-quality diagnostic images.
Maintain patient safety, comfort, privacy, and dignity throughout each procedure.
Properly operate and maintain radiologic equipment.
Follow radiation-safety standards and infection-control procedures.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team.
Accurately document procedures and patient information.
Provide professional, compassionate care in a fast-paced acute-care environment.
