First Choice Nurses is hiring Radiologic Technologists for per diem hospital opportunities in Arlington, VA. You will have the flexibility to choose shifts with per diem scheduling and competitive pay.

Earn about $45/hour with the option for daily or weekly pay while supporting acute-care patients. Applicants must have Virginia licensure as a Radiologic Technologist and ARRT certification, with BLS preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Radiologic Technologist license required.
• Current ARRT certification.
• BLS certification preferred.
• QuantiFERON-TB Gold or T-SPOT test completed within the past year.
• Documentation of MMR and Varicella immunity.
• A physical examination within the past year.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures per physician orders and protocols.
• Produce accurate, high-quality diagnostic images.
• Maintain patient safety, comfort, privacy and dignity during procedures.
• Properly operate and maintain radiologic equipment.
• Follow radiation-safety standards and infection-control procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other healthcare team members.
• Accurately document procedures and patient information.
• Provide professional, compassionate care in a fast-paced acute-care environment.
