First Choice Nurses is seeking experienced Radiologic Technologists for per diem hospital opportunities in Arlington, Virginia. Enjoy the freedom to choose when you work and build a schedule that fits your life while gaining experience at a premier acute-care facility.

You’ll perform diagnostic radiographic procedures, produce high-quality images, and collaborate with a broad care team in a fast-paced setting. Virginia licensure and ARRT certification are required; BLS preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of acute-care radiologic experience.
• Experience with ED, inpatient, outpatient and OR radiology.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures per physician orders and protocols.
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, privacy and dignity during procedures.
• Operate and maintain radiologic equipment properly.
• Follow radiation-safety standards and infection-control procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and the healthcare team.
• Document procedures and patient information accurately.
• Provide professional, compassionate care in a fast-paced acute-care setting.
