Job summary

Silver Healthcare in Cherry Hill Township, New Jersey, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality therapy to residents. You will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to support evaluation, treatment, and progression.

Responsibilities include assisting with evaluations, implementing treatment plans, manual therapy, and maintaining records. This role is PER DIEM.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• New Jersey Physical Therapist Assistant licensure.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and transfer patients as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assisting Physical Therapists with patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress reports.
• Implementing physical therapy treatment plans, including exercises, modalities, and other interventions.
• Providing manual therapy techniques, such as massage and soft tissue mobilization.
• Conducting patient assessments and identifying areas of improvement.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records.
• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and progress.
