Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC is seeking a Per-Diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department in Trumbull, CT. We offer a supportive, therapist-owned environment with a focus on ethical patient care and a strong education department.

Responsibilities include collaborating with rehab and nursing staff, maintaining documentation with MS Outlook/Word/Excel, and staying current with CT licensure.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy Assistant license or eligible to practice in CT.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and electronic documentation.
• Attention to detail and timely documentation.
• Team player with good communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a team environment.
• Maintain PTA license and stay licensed in CT; document electronically.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Outlook, Word, Excel and documentation.
• Be flexible with hours.
