Job summary

Flagship Rehabilitation, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for a Per Diem role in a skilled nursing facility in Virginia. You will provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed PT, identify suitable patients for therapy, and collaborate with the team to achieve quality outcomes.

We support clinicians with mentorship, flexible scheduling, and professional development, plus immigration assistance for H1B candidates.

Qualifications

• PTA license in-state is required.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• New grads welcome with mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
