Job summary

Pleasant Springs Healthcare Center in Mount Pleasant, TX is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist to join our in-house rehab team. You will provide patient-centered therapy to our residents, develop treatment plans, and administer PT services as outlined in the plan of care.

Texas license is required; SNF/LTC experience preferred. New grads welcomed, with flexible schedules and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Active Texas license in Physical Therapy is required.
• In good standing with licensing boards.

Responsibilities

• Consulting with patients to learn about their condition.
• Assessing evaluations and test results.
• Developing treatment plans and rehabilitation programs.
• Administering PT treatments to relieve pain and restore function.
• Ensure alignment with the plan of care and state/federal regulations.
• Documenting patient progress and outcomes.
• Collaborating with IDT for quality care.
