Job summary

Enduracare is recruiting a per diem Physical Therapist to join our IP team at Clinton Memorial in Wilmington, OH. Must be licensed to apply. Employment Type: Per Diem; Setting: Hospital and other acute settings.

This role offers schedule flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to quality patient care. You will evaluate and treat mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairments; create and implement personalized care plans; collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes;

Qualifications

• Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT)
• Current license as Physical Therapist in the state of practice
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• New grads welcome! Mentorship available

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairments
• Create and implement personalized care plans
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date
