Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services including evaluating, treating, and documenting progress.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned to patient goals.

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify PT needs and plan interventions.
• Implement evidence-based PT interventions to improve function and reduce pain.
