Job summary

Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services. You will assess patients, craft personalized treatment plans, and apply exercises and manual therapy to improve mobility and reduce pain.

Collaboration with physicians and staff is essential to ensure comprehensive care and successful outcomes. Ideal candidates hold a Doctorate or Master’s in Physical Therapy, CPR certification, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any other state-required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals, utilizing various therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Implement and administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve mobility, strength, flexibility, and function.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about therapy procedures, home exercises, and injury prevention techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
