Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• DPT or MPT in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Develop personalized treatment plans and apply PT techniques.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and home programs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and therapists for integrated care.
