Job summary

Catapult Learning, a division of FullBloom, seeks a Professional Development Specialist to support educators across the North Florida and South Georgia region. Per diem schedules vary by school needs and start in 2026-2027.

You will design and deliver high-impact PD, coach teachers one-on-one, craft engaging sample lessons, lead workshops, research instructional strategies, and document outcomes for directors. Excellent communication and Florida-certified teaching credentials are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in education or related field (masters degree preferred).
• Experience delivering professional development workshops to adult educators.
• Experience coaching teachers and/or school leaders cognitively, instructionally, or within a specific content-area focus.
• Valid Florida teaching certificate required.
• Experience teaching math, literacy, science or related curriculum.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Microsoft Office experience.

Responsibilities

• Host dynamic and collaborative planning conferences that unleash educators creativity.
• Coach, train, and mentor teachers individually/one-on-one.
• Craft creative example lessons that captivate students.
• Lead interactive professional development workshops when needed.
• Research and demonstrate instructional strategies.
• Foster a culture of active participation and vibrant open discussions.
• Ensure all educator development is completed successfully.
• Provide report documentation as required.
• Communicate actively with directors regarding activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
