Job summary

Catapult Learning, a division of FullBloom, is seeking per diem Professional Development Specialists to support teachers and school leaders across North Florida and South Georgia. Roles are flexible in schedule, with opportunities year-round and during summer, full-time or part-time.

Per diem positions begin in the 2026-2027 school year and include ongoing mentoring and resources. Be there for educators by delivering engaging literacy, math, STEM, and blended learning strategies; collaborate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field (master's degree preferred).
• Experience teaching math, literacy, science or other relevant curriculum.
• Valid Florida teaching certificate required.
• 5 years of experience delivering professional development workshops to adult educators.
• 5 years of experience coaching teachers and/or school leaders either cognitively, instructionally or within a specific content-area focus in mind.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Microsoft Office experience

Responsibilities

• Host dynamic and collaborative planning conferences that unleash the creative potential of educators.
• Coach, train, and mentor teachers individually/one-on-one.
• Craft creative example lessons that captivate students.
• Lead interactive professional development workshops when needed.
• Research and demonstrate instructional strategies.
• Foster a culture of active participation and vibrant open discussions.
• Ensure all educator development is completed successfully.
• Provide report documentation as required.
• Communicate actively with directors regarding activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
