Qualifications

• NRP and BLS certifications are required.
• Extensive neonatal care experience and ability to manage NICU patients.
• Proficient in arterial/vascular access, medication administration, and patient/family teaching.

Responsibilities

• Provide per diem NICU nursing care across hospital units.
• Administer medications, monitor vitals, and manage respiratory support as needed.
• Educate families and coordinate with physicians and care teams.
