Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED.
• Experience: Must have floor care experience, and On-The-job Training.

Responsibilities

• Maintains established departmental policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Performs duties of housekeeper when not assigned project work.
• Operates vacuum cleaners and floor/carpet machinery.
• Strips and refinishes floors; extracts carpets; washes walls and windows.
• Assists other departments as needed and participates in meetings and trainings.
• Performs other duties as required.
