Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with mental health PHP/IOP and/or psychiatric hospital experience.
• Excellent communication with patients, family members, and staff.
• Experience with co-occurring disorders is a plus.
• Performs duties independently and with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and determine medical necessity for program participants.
• Provide medication management on-site at least weekly and by phone in urgent situations.
• Educate patients and families to improve engagement and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with the care team and external providers to ensure safety and continuity of care.
• Complete medical records and documentation in a timely, accurate manner.
