Job summary

AltaMed Health Services Corp. is seeking a physician to provide medical services to patients in California, delivering care aligned with our Team-Based Care Model and population health approach.

Applicants must hold a valid California medical license and be board certified or board eligible within 18 months, with EMR experience preferred. Leadership skills and bilingual ability are a plus. This is a on-site opportunity with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• MD degree and CA license required.
• Board certification preferred or eligible with plan to achieve within 18 months.
• Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.
• Leadership/management skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical services to AltaMed patients.
• Deliver care per Team-Based Care Model focused on population health.
• Maintain licensure, DEA credentials, and ongoing education.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
