Job summary

Core Physicians in New Hampshire seeks a per diem physician for day shifts. The role requires MD or DO, board eligibility or certification, and an unrestricted NH license with a current DEA certificate. CPR with AED within 6 months of hire is required.

The physician will provide safe, patient-centered care, participate in charting and documentation, and share night/weekend call as needed within the group.

Qualifications

• Completion of accredited medical college/university with Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO).
• Current board certification/eligibility in specialty; if newly graduated, certification must be obtained within three years of graduation.
• Unrestricted license to practice within New Hampshire; current DEA certificate without restriction; CPR with AED within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care appropriate to patient age.
• Support the organization's Mission, Vision and Values and service excellence initiatives.
• Complete charting, charge capture and paperwork per Core Physicians' standards.
