Job summary

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree completed from an accredited medical college/university.
• Internship and residency completed; fellowship if applicable.
• Unrestricted license to practice in New Hampshire; current DEA certificate without restriction.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care appropriate to the patient age.
• Support the organization’s Mission, Vision and Values and Service Excellence initiatives.
• Complete charting, charge capture and required paperwork per Core Physicians' standards.
