Job summary

One Medical in Austin, TX is seeking a casual/per diem clinician to see patients across multiple offices, including Aldrich Street Mueller, Domain Northside, and South Austin. The role supports a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits with occasional tele-health visits.

You'll collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams, utilizing your clinical training to perform in-office procedures as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of primary care experience.
• Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in Texas.
• Ability to build strong professional relationships and communicate effectively.
• Thrives in a fast-growing mission-driven organization.
• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with national certification.

Responsibilities

• See patients with acute, chronic, and well visits; not a panel-building role.
• Provide in-office care and occasional tele-health visits.

• Utilize clinical training and perform in-office procedures as appropriate.
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual care in additional states.

Employment type:

• “Casual Employee” (per diem, hourly clinician role)
• 8-23 patient care hours per week

Location:

• Seeing patients across multiple offices in Austin, TX including Aldrich Street Mueller,Domain NorthsideandSouth Austin.

What you'll be working on:

• Seeing patients with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role)
• Treating patients in-office as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

• At least 2 years of primary care experience required.
• Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Texas.
• The ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups.

The hourly pay rate for this casual provider position is $73.00 per hour. This role will support multiple One Medical clinics in Austin, TX including Aldrich Street Mueller,Domain NorthsideandSouth Austin.
