Job summary

One Medical is seeking an hourly clinician (per diem) in Boston, MA. You will see a broad range of patients, conducting acute and chronic visits, with occasional tele-health duties and close collaboration with both in-office and virtual teams.

We value human-centered primary care, clear communication, and effective use of technology to deliver high-quality care. You must be NP/PA with MA license and in the market for flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• 2 years in outpatient primary care (or 1 year plus fellowship/urgent care).
• State MA license by start date at One Medical.

Responsibilities

• Seeing patients with acute, chronic, and well visits; not a panel-building role.
• Treating patients in-office and via tele-health visits.

What You'll Be Working On

• Seeing patients with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role)
• Treating patients in-office as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures

Education, Licenses, And Experiences Required For This Role

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
  • 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR
  • 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
• State licensed in MA, obtained by your One Medical start date

This is an hourly role across multiple office locations in Boston, MA.

The hourly rate for this role is $84.00. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. The total compensation package for this position may also include benefits.
