Job summary

One Medical is seeking per diem, hourly clinicians to provide primary care services at the Congress Avenue clinic in Austin, TX. The role involves seeing patients with a mix of acute, chronic and well visits, in-office and occasional tele-health visits, and daily collaboration with both in-person and virtual teams.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of primary care experience, Texas licensure or ability to obtain it, and board certification in Family or Internal Medicine.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Seeing patients with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role)
• Treating patients in-office as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures

Education, Licenses, And Experiences Required For This Role

• At least 2 years of primary care experience required
• Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Texas
• The ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups
• Can thrive in a fast-growing, mission driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes
• Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

The hourly pay rate for this casual provider role is $131.00 per hour. This position will be based at the One Medical Congress Avenue clinic location.

This is an hourly role with openings across Austin, TX.
