Job summary

Hartford HealthCare Rehabilitation Network in Monroe, CT seeks a per diem Physical Therapist for the Monroe clinic. Shift details: Saturdays 9:00am to 1:00pm.

The PT independently evaluates and determines treatment strategies, delivering and/or delegating services to maximize function across outpatient settings. The ideal candidate will have graduated from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS/MS/DPT) and hold a CT license (active or temporary).

Qualifications

• Graduate of Physical Therapy Program from an accredited APTA school with a BS, MS, or DPT.
• CT active or temporary license must be held.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and independently determine treatment strategies.
• Deliver and/or delegate services to identify, prevent, remediate, and rehabilitate physical dysfunction.
• Assess strength, motor control, joint mobility, balance, gait, and endurance; apply therapeutic modalities and exercises.
