Hartford HealthCare in Norwalk, CT is hiring a Per Diem Physical Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team. This role focuses on treating orthopedic populations and offers the opportunity to work within specialty programs. Candidates must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy Program and hold an active or temporary CT license. Clinic hours 7-7 Monday to Thursday and 7-3:30 Friday.

Position Overview

Physical Therapist – Per Diem, Monday to Friday (7am to 7pm, varying shifts within clinic hours). This clinic is part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to improving community health. The clinic offers specialty programs in Pelvic Health, Lymphedema, Orthopedic Physical Therapy, Orthopedic and Neurologic Occupational Therapy, and a Back to Life Fitness program.

This position will primarily treat orthopedic populations. Strong orthopedic expertise and outpatient experience to provide evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Physical Therapy Program from an accredited American Physical Therapy Association school, with a BS, master’s, or doctorate degree.
• CT active or temporary license.
• New graduates with an interest in ortho/sports medicine will be considered.
