Qualifikationen

• Active/Valid Texas license in Physical Therapy.
• In good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards.

Aufgaben

• Consulting with patients to learn about their physical condition.
• Assessing and interpreting patient evaluations and test results.
• Developing treatment plans using a variety of treatment techniques.
• Creating personalized rehabilitation programs for patients.
• Administering medically prescribed physical therapy treatments.
• Monitoring patient response to treatment intervention.
• Provide clinical support and education to patients and caregivers.
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
• Ensuring documentation complies with all requirements.
• Attending required meetings as designated by the Director of Rehab.

Kenntnisse

SNF/Long term care experience preferred

Current knowledge of treatment practices

Knowledge of Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred

Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities

Ausbildung

Active/Valid Texas license in Physical Therapy
