Job summary

Concentra is seeking a Physical Therapist PRN to join our Houston center. You will provide rehabilitative services, evaluate patients, and plan PT programs in alignment with Concentra policies and injury management processes.

You will work with physicians and staff to ensure high-quality patient care, proper documentation, and education of patients on exercises and use of supports; the role supports ongoing professional development in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Masters' Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program, preferred.
• Ortho-outpatient experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care.
• Evaluate muscle, skeletal, neurological and other physical problems.
• Document patient care properly and maintain records.
• Coordinate with physician and staff to ensure comprehensive care.
• Plan, implement and interpret PT treatment programs for patient recovery.
• Educate patients in proper care and exercise program usage.
