Concentra, Inc. in Lanham, MD seeks a PRN Physical Therapist to join our patient care team. You will perform supervisory duties and evaluations, help patients improve motor functions, and teach tasks for daily living within occupational rehab guidelines.

This role emphasizes collaboration with physicians and staff, delivering high-quality care, documenting progress, and educating patients on exercises and use of supports. Prior PT licensure and term flexibility preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited PT program.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Ortho-outpatient experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care and evaluate motor, skeletal, and neurological function.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary treatment and communicate with staff.
• Document patient care accurately and timely.
• Develop, implement, and interpret PT treatment plans for recovery.
• Educate patients on exercises, supports, and activity performance.
• Ensure compliance with quality policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with physicians to ensure comprehensive care.
