Job summary

Liberty Center is now hiring a per diem Physical Therapist to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a home-based setting. You will collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver evidence-based therapy and help patients regain independence.

Requirements include a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or eligibility to apply, graduation from an accredited PT program, CPR certification, and basic computer literacy. Prior home-health experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply.
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Applicants must possess basic computer literacy skills.
• Prefer at least one year of experience, and comfort working in a home-based setting.
• Current CPR certification.
• Exceptional patient service delivery and interpersonal skills; desire to develop professionally.
