Job summary

PureHealth invites a licensed Physical Therapist to join our post-acute team in Arlington, TX. This per diem role focuses on delivering high-quality therapy services across inpatient and outpatient settings with supportive supervision and real impact on patient outcomes.

You will evaluate patients, develop plans, treat with advanced clinical reasoning, mentor assistants when appropriate, and document care promptly.

Qualifications

• Graduate must complete an accredited therapy program.
• State PT license valid in Texas is required.
• Experience preference: 1 year in related setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT services with supervision and clinical reasoning.
• Develop and implement patient care plans and treatments.
• Supervise PTA as indicated within scope of practice.
• Document assessments, plans, progress, and discharge notes timely.
• Collaborate with care team to coordinate patient care.
