Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Current New York State PT License.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents' conditions and develop rehabilitation plans.
• Relieve residents' pain using exercises, hands-on therapy, and stretching.
• Monitor residents' performance and assist with activities.
• Supervise physical therapy assistants.
• Keep information confidential and comply with legal requirements.
• Contribute to team effort and maintain facility cooperation.
