Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Utah.
• Ability to work a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays, on a per diem basis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions, including exercise programs, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Collaborate with nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure interdisciplinary care.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate effectively with patients and families.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction.
