Job summary

Oak Hill Village is seeking a Per Diem (PRN) Physical Therapist (PT). You will provide physical therapy services on a PRN basis, assess patient needs, and contribute to treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Candidates must hold a valid PT license in their practicing state or be eligible to apply, have an accredited PT program background, and demonstrate strong patient service and interpersonal skills with a commitment to clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid PT license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply.
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Applicants must possess basic computer literacy skills.
• Current CPR certification.
• Exceptional patient service delivery, outstanding interpersonal skills, and consistent ability to demonstrate clinical excellence, as well as the desire to develop professionally.
