Select Medical Rehabilitation - Orlando Central is seeking a Physical Therapist for a per diem role housed inside Select Specialty Hospital - Orlando Central. The incumbent will evaluate and treat patients in an acute rehabilitation unit addressing brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, neurological disorders and orthopedic issues.

Minimum qualifications include a current state PT license and certified BLS (or obtain within 90 days).

Qualifications

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) is required.
• Certified BLS or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.

Responsabilités

• Conduct individual patient therapy regimens.
• Monitor and document patient progress and modify treatment as needed.
• Participate in discharge planning and family education.
• Supervise PT Assistants and PT/PTA students when applicable.
• Document accordance with department policies and procedures.
