This full-time position offers competitive compensation up to $53 per hour based on experience, alongside a $15,000 sign-on bonus. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
• Promote continuous quality improvement.
• Teach and counsel patients/families.
• Set goals and develop treatment plans.
• Work cooperatively to identify and solve patient-specific and facility-wide needs.
• Participate in discharge planning for each patient.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and students.
• Conduct individual patient therapy regimens.
• Monitor patient's response to treatment and modify as needed.
• Complete documentation per department policies.
• Participate in continuing education seminars.

Position: Physical Therapist

Location: Housed inside of Select Specialty Hospital - Orlando Central

Schedule: Full-time

Compensation: Up to $53 per hour (based on experience)

Plus shift differential for weekend shifts

Sign on bonus: $15,000

Minimum Qualifications

• State Licensure: Hold a current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Certified BLS: Possess Certified BLS or obtain it within 90 days of employment.
