Mercy Hospital Jefferson - Acute Rehab Unit is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide objective assessments and comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients under Therapy Leadership. The role includes direct supervision of patients and indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians, with general supervision of PT assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor, Master of Science in Physical Therapy or Doctor of Physical Therapy.
• Licensure: Current/Temporary license of Physical Therapy in state of practice.
• Certifications: BLS certified. Required certifications must be current before assigned to care for patients independently.
• Preferred Experience: Six months to one year experience is preferred for Rehabilitation Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities
