Job summary

This PRN role offers flexible scheduling to fit your availability while ensuring continuity of care. Candidates must have a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, valid PA licensure, and PT certification.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Certification in Physical Therapy and valid PA state license.
• Willingness to work PRN to support clinic teams.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, provide treatment, and develop plans of care for outpatient physical therapy patients.
• Relationship building: maintain patient relationships and ensure seamless care during absence of supervising therapist.
• Learn statistical/data tracking software and the EMR system.
• Proficient in hard and soft skills for patient care and case management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, provide treatment, and develop requisite plans of care for outpatient physical therapy patients.


• Relationship building: focused attention on maintaining relationships with patients and a seamless transition of care during absence of supervising therapist.


• Willingness to learn statistical/data tracking software and electronic medical records system.


• Proficient in both hard and soft skills in regard to patient care and case management.
