Rochester Regional Health is seeking a Phlebotomist for Clifton Springs Hospital & Geneva Destination Campus. You will collect blood samples via venipuncture and skin puncture, ensuring accurate specimens for testing and patient safety.

The role involves direct patient contact, coordination with nursing staff, and adherence to safety guidelines. Per diem, 8-hour day shifts with every third weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• ASCP (PBT) certification preferred.
• Provide age-appropriate patient care.

Responsabilités

• Collect blood specimens via venipuncture and skin puncture for testing.
• Ensure patient information is provided, and patient comfort and safety.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and correctly label and transport specimens.
• Interact with patients, nursing staff and others as needed.
