• Knowledge of OTC drugs, pharmacy products and third-party plans.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operation of the pharmacy including customer service and efficient processing of prescriptions.
• Monitor patients to ensure therapeutic outcomes and minimize adverse effects; discuss drug therapy plans with patients.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and company policies.
• Foster open communication between store staff and pharmacy to support company objectives.
