Nuvem Rx Pharmacy Management Team seeks a compassionate, patient-centric pharmacist to manage operations at the FQHC site in Allentown, PA. This per-diem role involves coordinating with the pharmacy manager and engaging with clinic staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate will contribute to patient safety, education, and collaboration with the health center team, while upholding regulatory requirements and HIPAA guidelines.

Formación

• Pharmacist licensed and in good standing.
• Experience supporting FQHC pharmacy operations a plus.
• Strong patient education and counseling skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide education to patients on medications and appropriate use.
• Oversee pharmacy staff and technicians as applicable.
• Manage daily pharmacy operations and oversight.
