Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to pharmacists and technicians while upholding policies.
• Participate in rounds with medical teams and other professionals.
• Monitor formulary management and drug programs compliance.
• Document clinical interventions, medication errors, and adverse events.
• Contribute to department quality improvement efforts.
