Responsibilities

• Communicates with management on performance and staffing needs.
• Ensures adherence to pharmacy policy, formulary management, and safety programs.
• Documents clinical interventions, medication errors and adverse events.
• Participates in quality improvement and rounds with multi-disciplinary teams.
