Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree from ACPE-accredited college.
• State Pharmacist license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Process prescriptions, refills, and transfers accurately.
• Review medications for safety and interactions.
• Supervise staff in dispensing and labeling.
• Promote patient understanding and provide counseling.
• Administer vaccines and provide immunization education.
• Collaborate with providers to optimize therapy.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and 340B program.
