Job summary

Nuvem is seeking a compassionate, patient-centered pharmacist to support pharmacy operations at our Cincinnati, OH facility. This per-diem role covers or overlaps the current pharmacy manager, with Monday‑to‑Friday potential scheduling.

You will engage with clinic providers, educate patients about medications, supervise staff pharmacists and technicians when applicable, and participate in clinical meetings to advance quality care. Strong collaboration with the care team is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy operations, including: Pharmacy Professional Practice, Regulatory Requirements, Quality Assurance, Customer Service, Inventory Management, Workflow Management.
• Keep abreast of and stay current with HIPAA and fraud‑waste‑abuse credentialing.
• Comply with all applicable legal rules, regulations, and procedures.
• Ensure that the pharmacy and its employees comply with federal, state, and local laws.
• Ensure that pharmacy staff are aware of and compliant with local facility policies.

Job description

The Nuvem Rx Pharmacy Management Team is looking for a compassionate, patient‑centric pharmacist to manage pharmacy operations by covering or providing overlap for the current pharmacy manager. The role is a per‑diem pharmacist position for a pharmacy located within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Cincinnati, OH, with a Monday‑to‑Friday potential schedule. Responsibilities include managing pharmacy relationships, engaging with clinic providers, providing drug‑related education, acting as a member of the patient care team, and attending clinical meetings.

Primary Role

As the per‑day pharmacist, you are responsible for demonstrating the highest standard of patient quality care—advising on prescriptions and aiding chronic and specialty conditions—and for fostering a team culture that promotes caring, enthusiasm, and pride. You will lead and direct pharmacy staff to achieve specific goals.
