Job summary

Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy or BS in Pharmacy required.
- Current Maine Pharmacist license required.
- Experience in sterile compounding desired, training provided.
Responsibilities
- Dispense medications and provide clinical consultation.
- Coordinate admissions with healthcare team (physicians, pharmacists, home health, case managers).
- Provide IV therapy dosing, nutrition support, pharmacokinetics and drug information as needed.
